Thermal fluid boilers are designed to respond to the demands of high temperatures up to 350 °C. The use of special fluids for the transport of thermal energy, as well as the appropriate engineering for each plant is necessary.
ADVANTAGES OF THERMAL FLUID
The use of thermal fluid, commonly known as thermal oil, replaces water, vapor or superheated water, and brings great advantages, such as:
• High temperatures up to 350 °C, at atmospheric pressure, with precise regulation of desired temperature of ± 1 ° C, as required in the Textile, Wood, Cork and Polymer Industries, among others;
• Heating in asphalt tankers, asphalt preparation and storage;
• No need for sophisticated water treatments, as in steam installations;
• Easy remote automation;
• Great flexibility for various purposes, including local production of steam and/or hot or superheated water. Can easily be used to dry various types of products such as Ceramic, Paper, Paint and others.
